GCL has been appointed as a Facilities Management Partner for Oasis Mall. This is a first contract with Landmark Group and a first shopping mall contract outside GCL Group in the UAE. This Mall is located between 2nd and 3rd interchange and is G + 3 floors with area of around 165,000 Sq meter. GCL team has started services since January 2009 to carry out the snagging of GCL Works, Witnessing the commissioning work, smooth handover from the contractors to the FM Team.
